Terms & Conditions Of Sale

Any contract for sale of goods between MindWeavers Plc and yourself or organisation will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you or your organisation irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.


How To Pay For Your Order

Credit card payment - online
We ask you to provide your name, address, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. The credit/debit card address will be used for the delivery address.

Security: The secure areas of the MindWeavers Plc web site are 100% secure; this means that we utilise industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, and address. Information passed between your computer and our secure server cannot be read even in the unlikely event it is intercepted by someone else. Furthermore, your credit card details are processed by Protx and protected by their security systems and are never released to any other party including ourselves. The Protx payment system uses a combination of established and innovative techniques to ensure the security and integrity of all sensitive data. Protx internet facing web servers are certified by Verisign, this ensures that no third parties can impersonate Protx to obtain secure information.

Credit card payment - telephone
You can make payment by credit card by telephone. Complete the online order and then select this option.

When you have sent your order you will immediately receive a message to let you know that we have successfully received your order. If you fail to receive this e-mail let us know immediately on orders@mindweavers.co.uk.

We accept Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and your account will be charged on the day of dispatch in pounds sterling (at that day's exchange rate if ordering from outside the UK).

Mail Order/Payment by Cheque
You can mail your orders to us. Simply complete the order process choosing payment by Cheque, print out your order and send it with your cheque.

Stock Items

Items held in stock will usually be despatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order.


Out Of Stock Items

In most cases, items ordered are in stock. Out-of-stock (back-order) items are usually on order from our manufacturers. When we receive the product, we will ship it to you promptly. Back-order titles usually come into stock within 2 weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 10 working days, we will send you an update via e-mail and endeavour to inform you of the anticipated delivery date.


Returns And Exchange Policy

MindWeavers wants you to be happy every time you deal with us. So, in addition to your automatic right of cancellation, we have a "total satisfaction" guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, all you have to do is return it to us COMPLETE WITH ALL DOCUMENTATION (including the personal code(s)) AND IN GOOD CONDITION within 28 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item less a nominal charge of £5.00 for handling, insurance and re-stocking (please note that postage and packing charges are NOT refundable). If the return is a result of our error or a defect (see below) exchanges are despatched at no additional cost to you, or we will refund the purchase price in full. Simply visit our Contact page. To make a return, please give the reason for the return and wrap the package securely. Then send it to Customer Services at the address below, using an insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return:

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours so that we can investigate. We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective title. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments. You can contact MindWeavers by post, e-mail, phone or fax, at the address given above.


Complaints Procedure

Should you have a complaint, MindWeavers undertakes to deal with this within 5 working days of receipt. In fact, every effort is made to reply to your complaint on the day we receive it. Please submit your query in the "contact us" section of the website. Your correspondence will be treated as confidential and you will be kept informed of the steps taken to resolve your problem.

To improve the quality and effectiveness of our customer service your e-mails or phone calls may be monitored.
